Independence Day
At Karpuri Thakur Gramin Vikash Sansthan, we celebrate Independence Day with great enthusiasm and pride. Republic Day
Karpuri Thakur Gramin Vikash Sansthan celebrates Republic Day on every 26th of January with equal fervor and enthusiasm as Independence Day. We organize various events such as flag hoisting, cultural programs, and speeches on the significance of this historic day. The event is attended by members of the organization, volunteers, and local residents. The celebration serves as a reminder of the values and principles enshrined in the Indian Constitution, and the importance of upholding them. Our Republic Day celebration is a great initiative towards promoting patriotism and strengthening the bond of unity among the people.
Children’s Day
Karpuri Thakur Gramin Vikash Sansthan is proud to celebrate Children’s Day on 14th November, a day dedicated to honoring the innocence, joy, and potential of every child. On this special occasion, we recognize the importance of investing in the future of our children and empowering them to reach their full potential. On this occasion, we strive to promote a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. International Day of Disabled Persons
At Karpuri Thakur Gramin Vikash Sansthan, we observe an International Day of Disabled Persons (Divyang Day) on 3rd December, to recognize the abilities and talents of people with disabilities. We believe that every individual deserves respect, dignity, and equal opportunities regardless of their physical or mental abilities. On this day we arrange small events to raise awareness among people about taking care of these people and educate them that they also have the right to live a dignified life with liberty. Through this initiative, we strive to create an inclusive society where these people can enjoy their lives and participate fully in social, economic, and cultural activities.
Gandhi Jayanti
At Karpuri Thakur Gramin Vikash Sansthan, we are proud to celebrate Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of our Nation. We observe this day by honoring the life and teachings of Gandhi ji, who inspired our freedom struggle with his principles of non-violence, truth, and compassion. Birth Anniversary of Karpuri Thakur
At Karpuri Thakur Gramin Vikash Sansthan, we are proud to celebrate the birthday of our namesake, Karpuri Thakur, on January 24th every year. We celebrate this day to commemorate the life and legacy of Karpuri Thakur, who was a renowned politician and social reformer by organizing events, and cultural programs to raise awareness about his contributions and to promote his message of social harmony and inclusivity.
